The main objective of the investment project is to reduce the noise level at the stations of the operator of machines for the production of paper packaging working in production hall No. 1 on machines producing paper packaging model NG MATADOR marked NG4, NG3, NG5, NG1, NG2, NG6 and in hall No. 2 on machines marked NG7, NG8. All machines of this type do not have soundproofing shields. The supplier of the offer for the manufacture and installation of soundproofing covers for the above-mentioned machines producing paper packaging proposed in the concept of the technical solution, closing the working zone of the machine with soundproofing shields. In addition, in places where access is needed during the operation of the machine, the covers will be opened and in places where it is necessary to observe the inside of the cover will be equipped with transparent polycarbonate or safety glass windows. Installation of soundproofing covers on these 8 machines, the NG MATADOR model will radically reduce the noise level at the workplaces of employees operating these machines and will result in the absence of hearing protection during operation.
